Along with providing discount services to sellers, Sell Homes 4 Less Inc. has introduced extremely attractive packages for buyers, where buyers may be eligible to receive a rebate of up to 40% of the buyer's agent commission2.
With Realtor.ca at consumers' disposal, buyers can now easily do their research and can attend showings of homes on their own. When they feel they found the right house and would like to put in an offer, Sell Homes 4 Less Inc.'s "Cash Back Purchasing" service can be used - where a registered Realtor will draft the offer, provide a pre-inspection of the property as well as educated input regarding the property. The Realtor will then negotiate on the buyer's behalf until a satisfactory price is arrived at. Once the transaction is successfully completed, the buyer will then be eligible to receive a rebate of up to 40% of the buyer's agent commission after closing of the property2.
